Refunds and Returns
Whilst every effort is made for your sign to arrive on time and to your liking, If you are unhappy with your purchase a full refund will be given upon the return of the sign with in 30 days of receiving it, minus the postage costs to return it.

When can I expect the refund?
As soon as the dispute is resolved a refund will be made right away, but may take up to five days to go through the system.
How will I receive a refund?
You will receive any refunds through the payment method used to make a purchase.
Can I get a replacement?
If you require a replacement this can be arranged. If I have made a mistake there will be a ‘no questions asked’ replacement sign sent to you as soon as is possible free of charge.
Return products must be sent back as found, for a refund to be issued.
